Terms & Conditions – Art & Craft Competition
By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and guidelines
- The competition is strictly for students. Students must be present on camera and attempt the activity themselves during the competition.
- Parental involvement is not allowed during the competition. Students must complete their work independently.
- The competition will be conducted online via Zoom Meeting.
- Sharing personal contact information (parents/teachers) is strictly prohibited.
- All required art & craft materials must be prepared in advance before the competition begins.
- Students’ submissions will be collected via WhatsApp as instructed by the management.
- Parents may submit a short video (up to 40 seconds) showing the student during the activity and after completing the project.
- Participation certificates will be awarded to all students.
- Before joining the Zoom meeting, students must enter their correct Name and IVS ID. Incorrect details may result in denied entry.
- This competition is completely free of cost.
