1. Personal Information Protection

Parents and teachers are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact information including:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• WhatsApp numbers
• Home addresses

Violation may result in immediate termination of admission without notice.

2. Communication Privacy

All academic communication must remain within the Remind application.

Any attempt to bypass official channels violates IVS privacy standards.

3. Data Usage

Student and parent information is used solely for:

• Academic delivery
• Attendance and assessments
• Fee processing
• Official communication

IVS does not sell or misuse personal data.

4. Fee Policy (Strictly Enforced)

• Fee vouchers are generated monthly, not date-wise.
• Voucher generation date: 1st of every month
• Last payment date without penalty: 8th of the month

Late Payment Rules

• Penalty applies after the due date
• If unpaid by the 25th, classes will be paused
• If dues remain unpaid for 15 days after due date, IVS may suspend classes
• If payment confirmation is not received within 30 days, admission may be terminated
• Non-payment for 2 consecutive months = automatic admission cancellation

Important Fee Conditions

• All fees are Non-Refundable
• All fees are Non-Transferable
• Fees must be paid monthly in advance

Annual Fee Commitment Policy

Intel Virtual School operates on a full academic session basis from August to July. Enrollment confirms a parent’s commitment to pay fees for the complete academic cycle.

It is not permissible to discontinue fee payments in July on the grounds that academic classes conclude earlier. The annual fee structure covers the entire academic session (August through July), regardless of examination or instructional schedules.

In cases where July fees remain unpaid, Intel Virtual School reserves the right to:

• Withhold final report cards

• Withhold certificates and academic transcripts

• Delay clearance documents

• Suspend academic record release until all outstanding dues are cleared

Issuance of report cards, certificates, or any official academic documentation is strictly subject to full settlement of all financial obligations.

5. Payment Confirmation

After fee transfer, parents must share a valid transaction receipt via:

6. Lost Voucher

In case of a lost voucher, parents must contact management before the due date to receive a duplicate.

8. Academic Calendar

The yearly academic calendar is shared at the time of admission. Parents are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

IVS is not responsible for:

• Internet or device issues
• Student inattentiveness
• Repeated absences
• Parent-side technical disruptions

10. Policy Updates

Intel Virtual School reserves the right to update or modify its Privacy Policy and Fee Policy at any time without prior notice.
