Terms and Conditions By Intel Virtual School

By enrolling a student or using the Intel Virtual School website and services, parents/guardians agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Academic Session & School Timings
School Start Date
The academic session will commence from 17 August 2025 with orientation classes.
Regular School Timings
- UAE: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
- Saudi Arabia & Qatar: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Pakistan: 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM
School Days
- Sunday to Thursday.
2. Class Platform & Monitoring
- All classes are conducted via Zoom.
- IVS management reserves the right to monitor or observe any live class at any time for quality assurance.
3. Classroom Conduct
- Parents are strictly not allowed to interrupt or interfere during live classes.
- Any concern must be raised with school management, not during class time.
4. Parent–Teacher Communication
- All official communication is conducted through the Remind application only.
- Communication is allowed 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (GMT+3).
- Parents must maintain respectful behavior at all times.
Strict Prohibition:
Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, email, WhatsApp, home address) between parents and teachers is strictly forbidden.
Violation may result in immediate admission termination without notice.
5. Reporting Issues & Complaints
- If any issue occurs during class, parents may record a maximum 45-second video and submit it to management.
- Complaints must be communicated politely.
- If deemed serious, management may arrange a meeting with the Principal.
6. Attendance & Responsibility
- Students must join classes on time with camera and microphone enabled.
- Repeated disconnections, lack of participation, or absenteeism remain the responsibility of the parent/student.
- IVS is not responsible for extra or makeup classes due to excessive student leaves.
7. Kindergarten Policy
Kindergarten students may occasionally be dismissed 30 minutes earlier, based on class needs.
8. Curriculum & Timetable Policy
- IVS prepares and owns its independent curriculum, which cannot be changed on parent request.
- Class periods and timetables are fixed and non-customizable.
9. Notifications Disclaimer
Management may send courtesy reminders (class open/close alerts) via WhatsApp; however, this is not guaranteed, and IVS is not responsible for missed notifications.
10. Admission Re-Activation
- Admission fee waiver applies only to new admissions.
- If a withdrawn or terminated student seeks re-admission, the admission fee will apply, and all previous dues must be cleared.
11. Policy Updates
Intel Virtual School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
