Important Guidelines for Students & Parents
Dear Parents,
To ensure a smooth and disciplined online learning experience at Intel Virtual School, please make sure the following requirements are met after admission:
Zoom Identification Format
While joining the Zoom class, students must write their name in the following format:
Student Name - IVS # - G,Grade
(Example: Ahmed Khan - IVS 123 - G,6)
Audio Setup
A working microphone is essential for class participation.
Stable Internet
A good, stable internet connection is necessary for uninterrupted learning.
Class Etiquette
Parents are requested not to interrupt the class or teacher during sessions. For any concerns, please contact the school management directly.
Device Requirement
The student must have a proper laptop or desktop for attending classes.
Camera Must Be On
Students are required to keep their camera ON during class time.
Leave Application Policy
If a student needs leave, it must be applied 1 day in advance by emailing: 📧 info@intelvirtualschool.com
School Timings
Daily class duration is 4 hours, including a 30-minute break.
Working Days
School operates from Sunday to Thursday.
